Making Submissions to the Review

The views and information provided in submissions and consultations will assist the Review Panel in framing its recommendations.

To assist the Review Panel to meet its reporting date, submissions on items 3(d)(f), 4 and 5 of Terms of Reference by 2 August 2002, and on the remainder of the Terms of Reference by 2 September 2002.

Submissions should be confined to issues relevant to the terms of reference and should include a concise executive summary.

The Review Panel is intending to make submissions publicly available in a number of formats on this website, except for commercial-in-confidence or other confidential material that may be provided as part of a submission.

Authors of submissions should clearly mark any material that is to be treated as confidential or indicate clearly if they do not wish their submission to be made public.

It would be helpful if the Review Panel could be provided with a signed original of the submission, together with an electronic version on a diskette or as an attachment to an e-mail message.

It would also be appreciated if virus scanning of both electronic versions or diskettes were undertaken before they are sent to the Secretariat.
